How long does my order take to ship?

You will have two options to choose from at checkout. Oversized lettermail within Canada, takes anywhere from 7-10 business days to arrive. Express shipping takes 1-3 business days depending on location (major vs remote locations). Tracked packet USA takes 4-7 business days, and Xpresspost USA takes 2-3 business days.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At the moment, shipping is only available within Canada and the USA.

What is your return policy? 

Because each item is handmade and many pieces are made specifically for you, all sales are final.

I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, colour preferences, or personalized items.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. If I made a mistake with your order, your item arrives damaged, or there is a significant defect, I will work with you to make it right.

Please carefully review your order details, including size, colour, personalization, spelling, thread colour, and placement, before submitting your order. Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Because every piece is handmade, small variations in stitching, placement, fabric, and appearance are normal and are not considered defects.
